How pre-orders work
Our snow tubes are produced in limited runs rather than held in a warehouse, so here is the honest timeline:
- Production queue: your order is scheduled to begin production within 3 weeks.
- Build: roughly 3 weeks.
- Shipping: roughly 12 days with tracking.
- Total: about 7–8 weeks from order to delivery.
🎄 Christmas delivery
Order by October 30 and your sled arrives before Christmas. Orders placed after October 30 will likely arrive in January, and we'll say so clearly at checkout rather than promise a date we can't hit.
What you get
- Solo Ride: 1 sled in your choice of shape, plus repair patch kit.
- His & Hers / Parent & Kid: 2 sleds, heavy-duty carry bag, electric pump.
- Full Garage: 4 sleds, carry bag, electric pump, 2-rope tow set.
After checkout we'll email you to confirm which shapes you'd like.
Changed your mind?
Because production hasn't started immediately, you can cancel for a full refund any time in the first 14 days after ordering. After delivery, our standard 30-day guarantee applies.
